okbzz Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and okbzz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the okbzz website at okbzz.vip, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and account management activities conducted through the platform. These Terms apply to all users who access the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where access is not otherwise restricted.

By registering an account on okbzz, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okbzz platform. okbzz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the most current version will always be available at okbzz.vip/terms-conditions.

Player Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on okbzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. okbzz reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okbzz strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from the okbzz platform.
• You may hold only one active account on okbzz. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.

okbzz may request documentary proof of identity, age, or address at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

okbzz supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform fee charged by okbzz on deposits, although third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds become available for wagering as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. okbzz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• okbzz reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any deposit or crediting a bonus where the transaction is flagged for review.
• Deposits made through unsupported payment channels cannot be credited and will be returned less any applicable processing costs. Players should only use the payment methods listed on the okbzz platform at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outbound transfers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. okbzz processes withdrawals on the same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, okbzz may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Players are encouraged to submit KYC documents proactively to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. okbzz reserves the right to delay payment where a transaction requires additional verification or is flagged by internal risk systems.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on okbzz are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant sport or game section on the platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Always review your bet slip before confirming.
• okbzz reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error has occurred in the odds, lines, or game configuration. Players will be notified and their stakes refunded in such cases.
• For live in-play betting, odds are updated in real time. okbzz is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end that affect the ability to place or view in-play bets.
• Where a sporting event is suspended, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's specific rules published on the platform. In the absence of specific rules, the general principle is that bets on affected events will be voided and stakes returned.
• Casino games, including slots, live tables, and crash games, are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the game's software provider. RTP percentages for each game are available within the game interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbzz platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account in circumstances where the opening of the account would breach these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors will be void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbzz staff or other players through any communication channel, including support chat, email, or social media.

okbzz employs fraud detection technology and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Players who engage in prohibited conduct waive any right to claim funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbzz excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from any platform outage, technical fault, or service interruption.
• Loss or corruption of account data caused by circumstances outside of okbzz's reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the okbzz platform.
• Losses arising from delays in withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory review requirements.

Nothing in this section limits okbzz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where okbzz is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total net deposits made by the affected player during that period.

Amendments to These Terms

okbzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbzz will publish the updated Terms at okbzz.vip/terms-conditions and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered players by the contact information on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the okbzz platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Players who close their account in response to a Terms amendment will have their verified balance returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
